Haraya, is a Filipino word that means vision. I’m a visionary and a first-generation entrepreneur. Since I started my entrepreneurial journey about ten years ago, I have built three companies from the ground up. Across these companies, we employ nearly 250 young, creative Filipinos and support hundreds of clients in the Philippines, Australia, UK, Europe, and North America.
I feel very blessed with what we have accomplished so far and the work we continue to do even during these strange, uncertain times. But the first few years were so challenging that I threatened to give up many times.
Thankfully, a friend sponsored me to join the Entrepreneurs’ Organization or EO. Through EO, I built trusting relationships with other entrepreneurs who became my personal board of directors. I also discovered the Entrepreneurial Operating System or EOS and learned how to break through my ceilings.
After successfully implementing EOS and growing our companies 5x over, I decided to share what I’ve learned with other entrepreneurs. Having experienced entrepreneurial success, I wanted to help as many other entrepreneurs as possible to discover and successfully use simple tools and processes to deal with their frustrations.
In 2017, I became the 1st Professional EOS Implementer in Southeast Asia. In the same year, I also received the prestigious Agora Award for Outstanding Achievement in Entrepreneurship – Medium Scale Category.
I am a Certified EOS Implementer based in the Philippines and travel extensively in Southeast Asia to work with leadership teams.
