It started with building. In 2010, my sister Malaya and I co-founded StraightArrow, a creative process outsourcing company in the Philippines. Over the next decade, we grew it to more than 200 specialists serving clients across the US, UK, and Australia. In 2023, StraightArrow was acquired by 2X.
Along the way, I discovered the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®). In 2017, I became the first Professional EOS Implementer in Southeast Asia. Today, I'm an Expert EOS Implementer® — the highest tier in the EOS community — and the Master Franchisee for EOS Worldwide in the Philippines, with interim stewardship of the EOS community in Singapore.
Beyond my EOS work, I'm an EO Forum Trainer and Accelerator Trainer for the EO Singapore and EO Indonesia chapters, and an Agora Award recipient for Outstanding Achievement in Entrepreneurship.
